Event Details:
When: Tuesday, October 29, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Event set-up begins at 7:30 a.m.)

This unique opportunity enables you to showcase your company and/or your vacancies to all the vendors and job seekers who attend.
Employer Registration Information:
We are asking all employers who are interested to register as early as possible.
If you respond by September 27, 2019, you will receive an Early Registration Discount rate of $50.00, which includes an 8 ft. table, breakfast and an ad in our program. After September 27, the event registration rate will be $75.00. We also have event sponsorship opportunities which provide an ideal means of attracting people to your table and showcasing your company. Various sponsorship levels are detailed on the registration form.
Returning vendors are given priority as we anticipate filling spots quickly. New vendor placement priority is based on date received. Red or Blue level sponsors will be given first priority for advertising/placement.
You will be able to set up between 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Buffet Breakfast and Networking is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. (The breakfast buffet is the only meal provided during the day. Light snacks will be available in the afternoon.) Job seekers will be allowed to enter the event area from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Directions and a map for parking will be sent to you after registration. Each exhibitor will have a table with cover, two chairs and buffet breakfast for two (2) representatives. Please indicate if you need additional breakfasts which are available for $12.00 each. (NOTE: The breakfast buffet is the only meal provided during the day. Light snacks will be available in the afternoon.)
We will invoice you when we receive your registration.
For the Early Registration Discount, please complete the registration/sponsorship form no later than September 27.
The final day for all employer registrations will be Thursday, October 17, 2019. We will invoice you by email after we receive your registration.

If you need additional breakfasts beyond the two included with your registration, please let us know. You will be invoiced $12 for each additional breakfast. (Breakfast is the only meal provided during the day. Light snacks will be provided in the afternoon.)
