Meet the Staff

Monique Eguavoen

Director of Enrollment Management

Monique holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management at the University of Pittsburgh. Monique oversees the recruitment, admissions, and financial aid initiatives for Penn State New Kensington and manages the day to day operations of the Admissions and Financial Aid office. She assists first-year, transfer, adult, and dual enrollment students throughout the application process, and welcomes the opportunity to meet with prospective students and their families to discuss admission to the campus. When not working, Monique enjoys reading, cooking, completing “do it yourself” projects, and spending time with her family.

Corinne Coulson

Assistant Director of Enrollment Management

Corinne holds a bachelor's degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Penn State, and a graduate certificate in Public Sector Human Resource Management, also from Penn State. She assists traditional-aged students with first-year and transfer admissions questions.  In addition to her responsibilities in admissions, she is the proud co-advisor of the New Kensington campus' student Lion Ambassadors, coordinates campus community service activities/projects, and has fun working on the campus social media accounts.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, singing, and learning to play guitar.

Casey Lang

Admissions Counselor

Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business/French and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). She assists traditional-aged college students with first-year and transfer admissions questions, as well as acts as an out-of-state representative for the campus and University. In addition to this, she is a co-advisor of the New Kensington campus’ Lion Ambassadors. In her spare time, Casey enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and travel.

Diana Hill

Staff Assistant

Diana assists students and families with financial aid questions. She administers the campus-wide work-study program and serves as the veterans certifying official.
