The accolades continue for Penn State New Kensington centerfielder Allison Nicklas who was named to the 2017 United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) softball All-America team. The recent alumna was selected in May to the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) All-Conference squad.

Penn State New Kensington forward Shane Baronner led the Penn State University Athletic Conference in field goal accuracy with a .657 percentage. The 6-foot-3 sophomore connected on 65 of 99 attempts and averaged 8.1 points per game.

In his last home game, senior Jordan Williams broke the 1,000-career-point barrier Feb. 7 as he scored 27 points to lead Penn State New Kensington to an 82-72 victory over Penn State Beaver in the Athletics Center.
