This course is designed to inform managers and supervisors of their responsibilities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Participants will discuss legal aspects of the occupational safety & health administration, OSHA's inspection protocol, citations, penalties, record keeping, injury reporting, workers compensation, implementing and encouraging a safe working environment and management commitment to safety within the workplace.
