2003 Leadership Conference Program

Ashley Traini '05 kept a copy of the Penn State Student Leadership Conference program from 2003 as a memento. The event would be the first time Traini would meet her future husband, Dewey '06.

Ashley Traini, class of 2005, and Dewey Traini, class of 2006, met at Penn State New Kensington in 2003 as students. While dating, the couple spent a lot of time together at the campus, including one of their favorite spots, a booth in the former Cats Paws Cafe, now Cafe 780.

Penn State New Kensington Alumni Society creates Open Doors Scholarship

The Penn State New Kensington Alumni Society established a $90,000 Open Doors Scholarship for Penn State New Kensington students.
