Campus Work Order/Request System

The campus work order/request system is powered by a software application called Footprints.  This system is used to track, manage, and prioritize all requests/inquiries related to the helpdesk, media services, marketing, maintenance, and lab support.  Please use the links below to submit your assistance request to the appropriate category.

Two service desk consultants provide assistance to the Nittany Lion mascot.

For assistance or inquires associated with:

  • Information Technology - computers, telephones, printing/copying, and network infrastructure.
  • Media Services - audio visual and Polycom needs
  • Marketing - website and design of printed materials
