Forty-one students presented 36 research projects at the 21st Annual PSNK Research and Student Engagement Expo on April 11. Each project included poster presentations documenting the research, which was accomplished with assistance of faculty mentors throughout the 2022-23 academic year. The event also included a feature of several faculty research projects, as well as the return of Career Connections Day with more than 10 employer and internship providers from the area.
Ally Albert, a student at Penn State New Kensington, presents her research project at the 2023 Research and Student Engagement Expo at the campus. Albert presented two undergraduate research projects at the event, and was also named a recipient of an Information Literacy Award from the University Libraries and the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from the campus' innovation hub, The Corner.
