How can I add my event to the campus calendar?

Adding an event to the campus calendar is easy!  There are 2 ways to do it:

  • Submit this short, 5-question online form with details of your event and we'll add it for you.
  • Create an event on your own Google Calendar and send us an invitation!
    • Remember to invite us by adding our email address ( to the guest list.
    • Make sure that the event is listed as “public.”
    • Double-check that your event’s information is accurate (dates, times, locations, etc.) before sending. 
    • Please include contact information for someone associated with your event in the description.

How can I add the campus calendar to my existing calendar?

  • Sync this Google Calendar with your personal calendar with just a few clicks.
    • Add the campus calendar to your personal Google calendar. Open the calendar and click "Add" when prompted.
  • Add this calendar to an existing calendar on your mobile device by adding the following .ics file
    • iPhone users -- click .ics file.
      • When you are prompted to "Subscribe" or "Cancel." click "Subscribe."
      • You will be notified "This calendar has been added." From there you may click "View Events" or "Done."
    • Android users -- Download the following .ics file to your mobile device. (Simply opening the file in the browser will not work.)
      • When the download is complete, press the "Menu" key on your device and select "Calendar View"

How can I view this calendar if I do not have my own personal calendar online

  • View the calendar in a new browser window.
  • Scroll up and use the calendar embedded at the top of this webpage.

How do I receive notifications when there is an upcoming event?

  • You may choose to receive notifications via email, pop-up, or text (SMS) message.

How can I request to modify or remove my event on this calendar?
