The 2024 Future Readiness Academy for Faculty was held May 15, 16, and 17, 2024. (9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. each day) at Penn State New Kensington.
Southwestern PA higher education faculty were invited to this year's professional development experience which featured lots of opportunities as an educator to:

learn about various types of cutting-edge technology currently used in business in industry of all fields;

take part in special one- to two-hour workshops designed to provide you with the opportunity to create a personal schedule to suit your learning goals;
-
hear from a diversity and inclusion expert providing sessions throughout the event;
-
network with higher education colleagues from across the region; and
-
earned a $400 stipend for attending if they met the eligibility requirements
The event was provided at no cost to attendees as it was supported by the SWPA New Economy Collaborative funded by a Build Back Better Regional Challenge grant.
