Future Readiness Conference: October 2023

2023 Future Readiness Conference

The Future Readiness Academy at Penn State New Kensington is proud to announce its inaugural regional conference: Education Vanguard: Building the Education of the Future Together.

October 12, 13 and 14, 2023

Venue: Regional Learning Alliance, 850 Cranberry Woods Drive, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066

Please join us as we work together to create a community where universities and faculty prepare new leaders with skills in hardware and software, as well as the ability to problem solve, plan, evaluate, make decisions and communicate, in their fields and to their communities large and small. We want communities where those serving in K-12 schools and colleges are abreast of the most important skills their students will need immediately upon graduation, with an ability to identify new information and tools as they arise, as well as to continue to learn as needed. We are looking for a community of leaders in industry, business, non-profit and think tanks who are fearlessly moving forward, knowing that they can share their needs with the community, for people able to lead, learn, and produce, as well as resources for investigating questions relevant to their and our successes.

Conference Costs:

  • Individuals can attend the event at NO COST thanks to the project being part of the SWPA New Economy Collaborative funded by a Build Back Better Regional Challenge grant.

Lunch is included on Thursday, Oct. 12

Breakfast and Lunch are included on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 13 and 14
