Penn State New Kensington’s Art Gallery will feature the works of high school-aged students from five local school districts throughout March. The exhibit begins March 5 and runs through March 30.
“Arts Alive” features artwork by students from Deer Lakes, Highlands (shown here), Kiski, Saint Joseph and Valley High Schools. The exhibit runs from March 5-30, 2018 in Penn State New Kensington's Art Gallery. The New Kensington campus community, as well as the public, is invited to view the exhibit in the Art Gallery from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and noon to 5 p.m. weekends.

Penn State New Kensington's Dorian Broadwater was named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association All-American second team, the organization announced recently. Broadwater is New Kensington's first men's basketball player to be honored as an All-American since Jeremy Hurt in 2007.
Dorian Broadwater, senior guard for Penn State New Kensington's men's basketball team, has been named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) All-American Second Team.
