Biography
Stella's role at PSNK is Campus Nurse/Disability specialist for physical and mental health disabilities. She has worked at PSNK since 2016 and truly enjoy her job especially working with the students.
At Health Services she treats minor injuries, illnesses, and referrals as necessary; emergency response, counseling; health & wellness programs, athletic physicals; and resources for health education and various other Interventions. Stella also provides over the counter medications if needed.
She had worked as a Registered Nurse for over 28 years in various settings and departments: Neuro ICU Trauma, Kidney Transplant, SWAT team- floating throughout hospital and filling in when the unit was low on nurses, University of Pittsburgh, and worked from home as a Case Manager/Health Coach.
Stella is a certified Phlebotomist, Registered nurse and completed my BSN as well.
One fun fact about Stella is that she has a family home in Greece and Greece is her Paradise.
