UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — As part of our regular "We Are!" feature, we recognize three Penn Staters who have gone above and beyond what's asked of them in their work at the University. Rita Gumbert of Penn State Fayette, whose nominator wrote: "Rita is always going above and beyond for the campus and most importantly the students. She is always supporting student activities, athletes at their home games, and is the first to volunteer her time at campus events. She puts love into everything she does to make Fayette feel like family."
Erin Jordan of Auxiliary and Business Services, whose nominator wrote: "Erin greets all students and parents always with a smile on her face. We know we can count on her to always know the answer to our complex issues. When she is out for the day, we have to all 'step up' to try to fill her shoes. We appreciate all she does for our office."
Rebecca Dietrich of Penn State New Kensington, whose nominator wrote: "In just one year, Becca has shown that she is an integral member of our campus and small, but mighty, department. Her creativity and design and photography skills have strengthened our campus image internally and externally. She truly is one-of-a-kind, and 'We Are' lucky to have her at NK!"
