n October 2023, educators, academics and industry leaders from across the Southwestern Pennsylvania region came together for the first "Education Vanguard: Building the Education of the Future Together" conference, led and organized by Penn State New Kensington. The event featured presentations by leading technologists, innovators and faculty experts discussing the latest in technology and the expected impact on workplace, workforce and academia. The conference is just one part of Penn State New Kensington's regional Future Readiness initiatives for Southwestern PA higher education faculty members.
