Guests greet each other at the annual Celebration of Unity Dinner at Penn State New Kensington. Approximately 180 people were in attendance for the 2019 event.
Almost 200 guests joined to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the local community at the annual Celebration of Unity Dinner at Penn State New Kensington. The event, co-sponsored by Hightower Scholars, Inc., also commemorated it's 10th anniversary with the lighting of a unity candle, guest speakers, dinner, a dance performance and readings by essay contest winners from Mary Queen of Apostles school.
