Penn State New Kensington's Dorian Broadwater was named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association All-American second team, the organization announced recently. Broadwater is New Kensington's first men's basketball player to be honored as an All-American since Jeremy Hurt in 2007.

Penn State New Kensington's THON dancers, Gina Batiz and Nick Roth, celebrate their completion of THON 2018 after not sitting or sleeping for the 46-hour dance marathon. Batiz and Roth joined 700+ other dancers at the Bryce Jordan Center during THON weekend Feb. 16-18, 2018. Funds raised through THON benefit the fight against pediatric cancer.
