Performing artists Lady Caress and Jared Mahone will take the stage in Café 780 during the final weeks of the spring semester. Lady Caress, a spoken word artist, will bring her distinct style to the campus at 12:15 p.m. March 22. Mahone, a musical word artist, will perform his own songs at noon April 13. Both shows are free to the public.
A reception for high school artists of the Alle-Kiski Arts Consortium is slated from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 13, at Penn State New Kensington. The young artists will discuss their works in the campus Art Gallery. The event is free to the public.
