    • Option 1 - urgent issues for classrooms, meetings, and events (routes to Tier 2, IT Service Desk @ Penn State New Kensington)
    • Option 2 - all other requests (routes to Tier 1, IT Service Desk @ University Park)
  • Submit an online incident/request form

Tier 1 IT Service Desk @ University Park has support available 24/7.
Tier 2 IT Service Desk @ Penn State New Kensington has support available during our normal IT Service Desk Hours.
