"A Wooded Lot," a watercolor painting by Patricia Majcher, hangs in the Penn State New Kensington Art Gallery. Majcher, a retired teacher from Hempfield Area School District, is showcasing two of her paintings as part of the Alle-Kiski Arts Consortium's art educator exhibit, "Practice What We Teach." The exhibit runs Jan. 6-31 at the campus.
Pittsburgh-based speed-painter George Williams stands next to his completed Penn State painting at the 2019 Off the Wall pARTy at Penn State New Kensington. During the "Art Madness" portion of the event, Williams painted the piece, along with two Pittsburgh-themed paintings, in a matter of minutes. The paintings were then auctioned off during the live Art Auction.
Joyce Werwie Perry returns to Penn State New Kensington as the featured artist in the campus’ Art Gallery throughout May. The Pittsburgh-based artist will showcase her works, which feature her own unique knife-painting technique, from May 1 to 31.

"Drumming at Kiski," a watercolor painting by Patti Giordano, hangs in the Penn State New Kensington Art Gallery. The painting and other works from members of the New Kensington Camera Club and the Allegheny Valley League of Artists are featured in the gallery's Nov. exhibit, "The Art of Music."
