Aaron Holness, a senior airman in the Air Force Reserves, earned his bachelor’s degree in communications, while serving on active duty. Holness was recognized at Penn State New Kensington’s commencement ceremonies for his duty and sacrifice. The red, white and blue cords signify honorable service in the U.S. military.
