New Kensington campus community ‘All In’ with multicultural luncheon

This year at Penn State New Kensington’s Multicultural Luncheon, students, faculty and staff had a chance to learn about "All In at Penn State: A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion" and the Oct. 6 kick-off event for the ongoing initiative. The luncheon, held on Sept. 29, is an annual event sponsored by the campus’ Office of Student Affairs.

Even a sabbatical cannot slow down a Penn State New Kensington communications faculty’s penchant for winning statewide teaching awards. Jennifer Wood, associate professor of communication arts and sciences, recently received the 2016 Harvey Kelly Excellence in Teaching Award from the Pennsylvania Communication Association.
